The traditional sign for Capricorn is the goat.
This particular goat is taken from a C15 illuminated text.
The Memory Box is made from wood and measures 16x16x8 and has a metal clasp and hinges. It's painted a deep copper and distressed to give a vintage look and finished with antique bronze corners. As with all Sisters Memory Boxes, it comes with a numbered authentication card.
The interior is painted terracotta (Capricorn is associated with earth colours) and sprinkled with confetti. The constellation for Capricorn is plotted out in tiny bronze stars across a backdrop of the night sky, on the inner lid. A list of some of this sign's attributes is also included.The wooden clasp tag has the word "ambitous" written on it - one of Capricorn's attributes. Ivy and pansies (both associated with Capricorn) are represented in a 3D decoration around the frame of the picture.
