Payment can be made through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this facility.

We do not accept orders from unverified accounts.

Postage is charged per item. If multiple items can be sent for a lesser amount Sisters will refund the difference in a seperate transaction.

Any taxes or currency charges (all countries) to be borne by customer.

 

Orders, of any description, will not be posted until payment has been made in full and cleared.

That being so, we aim to post stock items on the website within 5 days of receipt Monday through Friday.

Sisters will email if there is going to be a delay in posting for any reason.

Delivery times for bespoke/customised/personalised items will be agreed at the time the order is placed.

 

RETURNS

Items may be returned - undamaged/unworn/unused - in their original packing, within 14 days of purchase, for a full refund. Please email for return postage details. We suggest that you use Registered or Signed-for post, and keep proof of postage.

If items are faulty or damaged, they should be returned within 14 days of purchase, in their original packing. Please email for return postage details and state whether you want a full refund or a replacement item.

Please note, for hygiene reasons, earrings may only be returned if faulty. Let us know if you would  like a replacement item or a refund.

POSTAGE WILL ONLY BE PAID FOR THE RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS.
